We are a small company operating in the field of web based applications. The philosophy of the company is to use cost effective tools like open source products and other methodologies to reduce our cost to the customer and providing quality solutions at the same time.
This is not our first step towards establishing our foot print on the web, in fact we were among the first few people who started developing websites in the early 1995 when Internet just arrived, but due to some financial problems we were unable to continue with our operations at the time of dot-com bust. Currently, we don't have many websites to our name which have presence on the Internet, but we surely do have plans to launch few web applications of our own for public use in near future.
We have a strong team of skilled professionals who have vast experience in working for big names in the industry and are skilled with the latest technologies in the market today. Over the years our people have delivered high quality products and have always met client's expectations. We also have very strong process which make sure that nothing is left to chance and the customer gets a satisfying service all the time.
Last but not the least, we have learned from our mistakes in the dot com days, and have high hopes that this time the company is ready to take on the next challenge convincingly and will be a winner in the years to come.
WebXlent is a new company but its roots are embedded in the dot com days. Our founder member, Ajay Gupta also founded a company in 1995, called WebMill, which created lot of websites for local businesses and an e-commerce application for selling goods online in Jodhpur, India. After the dot com bust, the business suffered a blow because of which we had no way but to close the operations, although we kept supporting our clients for next few years. I think everyone has learned a lesson from dot com days and so have we.
Our vision is to establish ourselves as a high end but cost effective offshore partner for our clients. We want to first establish ourselves as a company fulfilling our clients day to day requirements but side by side learning and guiding them to improve their IT infrastructure and services. This is possible because of our emphasis on quality and constant learning and the culture of constantly working towards improving our products and services.
We are a team of highly motivated people influenced by the principle of Kaizen which means "improvement", with each day. We also want to work with people and small companies who are trying to implement a product / service but they have low budgets. These are companies who have new ideas for the Internet which have some intellectual property involved, but are running short of money to invest in these projects. We are a here to help these people without diluting the intellectual property and the customer will have all rights on the end product and the documentation worked by us.
Our eventual goal is also to make this world a better place and help those who don't have enough resources to improve their lives. In line with the same effort we also plan to launch a website in "Hindi" which is our national language, for poor people who only understands Hindi.
We lay great stress on process oriented design and development of our products and services because this avoids errors and improve the quality of the end product.
